  • Since ISO Training Institute is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the digital product is downloaded, or online training purchased. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

  • Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some network issues of your service provider or our own server availability issues might cause download issues. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing without undue delay within the same time of the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded. In the case of online training, the training would be resumed on the restoration of the network.

  • Product not-as-described: Such issues must be reported within the same day from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Requests which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

  • Wrong Product Purchased -We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download and online training, we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. 

  • More Quantity Ordered- It is understood that for a single user 01 quantity of digital downloadable file is optimum. We understand that genuine mistakes happen, and you have by mistake clicked quantity more than one.
